While you are the one conducting interviews and professional tests we will be guiding and recommending you on all aspects (including salary levels) throughout the process.

IBlogic is the one engaging with your employees, and there is no fee to pay until your staff member has started work.

Then there are two costs: fixed cost of setting up a working station (computer equipment only, based on your choice) and a monthly management fee including the salary and the operational cost.

Client signs a contract with IBlogic

Client fills a Required Position Questionnaire including skills, technologies, experience range, etc

HR account manager begins search and initial vetting of candidates in our data base and across a number of recruitment channels

Candidates go through a professional interview, tech test, and salary negations.

Successful candidates are given a proposal, terms negotiated and then signed

Employee begins working on an agreeable date

IBlogic assigns a HR account manager to client that will be its contact point during and after the process, answering any questions and needs

Сlient conducts an intro call with the HR account manager

Validated CVs are passed on to the client for review, client feedbacks HR account manager if needed

Final skype interview with the client.
